Australia Post

Project:

As part of a series of corporate communications pieces, PDCO was briefed by Australia Post to deliver a Powerpoint presentation that powerfully communicated that with the growing demand of eCommerce in today's world, Australia Post has a demonstrated track record for over 200 years of adapting to market changes.  Integral to this is their focus on technological improvements and parcel delivery.

Result:

With a goal of clearly identifying Australia Post a market leading authority in the space as well a illuminating the integral role they've played in Australia's history, PDCO's team embraced this task wholeheartedly.  The PDCO team was able to bring to life this brief with compelling visuals and storyboard, within the time-frame required and on budget.  As testament to this, PDCO continues to work closely with Australia Post to deliver communication pieces that deliver results.

Ronald McDonald House Charities

Project:

One of the most well known and recognised charities in Australia, Ronald McDonald house required a Prezi presentation that accurately and concisely summarised their areas of operation and community outcomes achieved as part of an internal corporate communications program.  Given the shear number of areas they operate in, doing this in a manner that the audience was able to follow was no easy feat.

Result:

A Prezi that was able to do this, in a manner that the audience was easily able to follow and digest.  Through the effective use of zoom and other transition effects, the story of Ronald McDonald House came to life.  Delivered on time and incorporating customer feedback, PDCO looks forward to continuing our relationship with Ronald McDonald House.

Result:

Through the use of relatable imagery, colours and as implified overarching presentation structure, the core message and desired behavioural outcomes was able to be conveyed to the audience in such a way that they maximised the potential to be adopted.  As an annual event, PDCO is delighted to continue our work with the Office Of eSafety Commissioner.

Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation

Project:

With the formidable goal of eliminating gambling related harm from Victoria, the VRGF needed something that stood out from the pack.  Engaging PDCO, the decision was made to design and develop a Prezi presentation to address their external corporate and government stakeholders.

Result:

To achieve such an ambitious goal required thinking different.  In this case, a Powerpoint presentation simply wasn't enough. To effectively articulate the nuanced messaging surrounding the issue of problem gambling, PDCO leveraged amongst others the famed zoom capability of Prezi in addition to carefully selected imagery to deliver an external stakeholder presentation that acknowledged Victoria's love of sport whilst delivering the implications that gambling on them has.

Lazard

Project:

Established in 1848, Lazard has remained a trusted adviser to governments, financial institutions, superannuation funds, financial advisers, and individuals around the world.  For their global investor forum, they wanted a Powerpoint presentation that encapsulated the history of their company, key stakeholder information and what's on the horizon.

Result:

A corporate communications piece that did all this and more!

Fonterra

Project:

As part of their company roadshow, New Zealand based Fonterra engaged PDCO to deliver a corporate communication Powerpoint piece that clearly articulate the latest news and results to their employee base, as well as reinforce vital aspects of company culture.

Result:

Recognising both the importance and nuance of the key messages as well as the timeframe in which the presenter had to communicate them, the PDCO team chose to utilise strong visuals, gripping imagery and basic info-graphics to support the speaker.  As a result, PDCO has been engaged to develop additional Powerpoint presentations for a variety of applications.

Wealth Efficiency

Project:

As a property investment education company, fundamental to the success of the business was a sales presentation that communicated better then the rest the core competencies, capabilities and advantages of Wealth Efficiency over their competition.

Result:

Acknowledging the endless options out there for prospective property investors, good wasn't enough.  Using Prezi, PDCO built a presentation that was able to articulate a complex message to an audience with varying proficiency in digesting the message.  The transitions allowed the audience to truly understand the relationship between each of the specialisations of Wealth Efficiency resulting in a presentation that closed more deals, more often.

MLC

Project:

Tasked with breathing new life into their Powerpoint presentation deck, PDCO was engaged to deliver four projects simultaneously across Internal Branding, OHS, Child Safety and Human Resources by MLC

Result:

In order to deliver the most compelling outcome possible, PDCO recommended converting their Powerpoint presentations into the Prezi format. Retaining the core messaging, PDCO was able to deliver the desired outcome through the use of modern imagery, slide transitions and zoom available i Prezi that was able to place greater emphasis on the key messages.

Aspect

Project:

As Australia's largest nonprofit autism-specific service provider, Aspect needed a partner to deliver a series of nine Powerpoint presentations to be used to support the delivery of various educational webinars to parents, caregivers and teachers of autistic persons.

Result:

Recognising the complexity and sensitivities around this, the strategy put forward by PDCO was to recommended and implement various mechanisms to elicit a two-way dialogue during the webinars.  These proven strategies within an educational context ensure increase audience engagement and facilitate learning far greater then the traditional one way webinar/lecture format.  As part of PDCO's continued work with Aspect, a migration to the Prezi format is a potential next step to further optimise this.

Tertiary Information Service

Project:

Representing a collective of TAFE's, Universities and Independent Colleges across Victoria, Tertiary Information Services was looking for a presentation able to effectively communicate to high school students the value of tertiary study.

Result:

To deliver this message with impact required more then a standard Powerpoint presentation with some stats on it.  Due to the age of the audience, Prezi was deemed a perfect fit to convey the implications of tertiary study with gravitas and authority.  Using zoom and other unique transition capabilities, the relationship between tertiary study and success was conveyed in a manner far more persuasive then static slides alone.
