Corporate Communications Is Changing
As geography becomes less and less of an inhibitor to business, competition is increasing. Organisations that value corporate communication and engagement with their employees will create a competitive advantage over their more cumbersome competition.
Their more cumbersome counterparts will fail.
The success and failure of corporate communications, stakeholder engagement and other change management initiatives relies on your ability to demonstrate the relevance of your message to your audience, conveying your message with clarity and communicating with authority the key outcomes you want to achieve.
If the outcome you want is important, fundamental to achieving this is your ability to complex concepts visually.
However this is more than just about images. It’s about driving outcomes through an effective, structured narrative.
results through real engagement
At PDCo, we work with professionals who share our belief that effective Corporate Communications is critical to the success of an enterprise and can change lives. We understand the importance of your message, and what achieving results means to your role.
PDCo is unique to most design agencies in that in addition to having the best designers and giving you the ability to engage directly with them (as opposed to dealing with an account manager) and being able to handle short turnaround times, we can deliver presentations in both Prezi and Powerpoint. Depending on the nature of your requirement (multifaceted vs linear), one format may be superior.
Having completed communications projects for some of the largest companies in Australia including Australia Post, Fonterra, Commonwealth Bank, Audi and PwC, we understand what can generate a profound difference and what doesn’t.
As part of a series of corporate communications pieces, PDCO was briefed by Australia Post to deliver a Powerpoint presentation that powerfully communicated that with the growing demand of eCommerce in today's world, Australia Post has a demonstrated track record for over 200 years of adapting to market changes. Integral to this is their focus on technological improvements and parcel delivery.
With a goal of clearly identifying Australia Post a market leading authority in the space as well a illuminating the integral role they've played in Australia's history, PDCO's team embraced this task wholeheartedly. The PDCO team was able to bring to life this brief with compelling visuals and storyboard, within the time-frame required and on budget. As testament to this, PDCO continues to work closely with Australia Post to deliver communication pieces that deliver results.
As part of their company roadshow, New Zealand based Fonterra engaged PDCO to deliver a corporate communication Powerpoint piece that clearly articulate the latest news and results to their employee base, as well as reinforce vital aspects of company culture.
Recognising both the importance and nuance of the key messages as well as the timeframe in which the presenter had to communicate them, the PDCO team chose to utilise strong visuals, gripping imagery and basic info-graphics to support the speaker. As a result, PDCO has been engaged to develop additional Powerpoint presentations for a variety of applications.
Established in 1848, Lazard has remained a trusted adviser to governments, financial institutions, superannuation funds, financial advisers, and individuals around the world. For their global investor forum, they wanted a Powerpoint presentation that encapsulated the history of their company, key stakeholder information and what's on the horizon.
A corporate communications piece that did all this and more!
